Protect privacy. Never share another participant's personal information, photos, contact details, or private conversations without their permission.
Lead with kindness. Different backgrounds, cultures, creative disciplines, and perspectives are welcome. Treat others with dignity and respect.
Keep it appropriate. Harassment, discrimination, inappropriate messages, and unwanted solicitation are not tolerated.
Participation is voluntary, and everyone is encouraged to communicate at a pace that feels comfortable.
